Tatva Homes- An exclusive development of Elite Landbase in the city of dreams- Gurgaon. Envisioned to be for the high- profile living like the stars in a constellation. The high-end premium brand identity reflects the extraordinary expertise in the real estate.

THE PROBLEM

Priyanka Sardana, Co- Founder and COO personally called out to us for their introductory frontier in extraordinary living- Tatva Homes, With the concept of Luxurious living in a secured gated community. She wanted this project to be magnificent, timeless with modern and sophisticated design styles, ushering in a new paradigm of class.

THE SOLUTION

Our task involved creating complete branding and promo materials including conceptualization, logo, visual identity, illustrations, photos and print. We started the work by creating a solid communication strategy for all further products. This is a luxurious, contemporary building and the prospective clients are high profile people, so we took the motives of everlasting values and timeless design, which appeal to this clientele and resonate with the project.

LOGO CONCEPTS AND COLORS

Our challenge was to incorporate the essence of the luxury yet contemporary in the brand, whilst also re-enforcing the quality of design.

Brochure conceptualisation

The unique Moonlight Grey and a touch of gold is used with the metallic ink to reflect the striking sophisticated high end design.

We created illustration for the project. Clear. Crisp. Minimal was our approach.

Every single part of the collateral was made with the finest details. Paper feels very pleasant to touch. The whole brand space is intended to ensure high-quality services.

THE OUTCOME

Tatva wrapped up 2019 with 25 transactions for 30% of the units booked in the pre-launching. Launched successfully on the 25th of November.
